From a Candyland request to its payment cycle
- No withdrawal can be requested until every deposit has been staked once.
- The fraud department authorises each pending withdrawal before it moves on.
- Approval time is counted from the date authorisation finished successfully.
- A withdrawal reaches the payment queue one business day after the documents clear.
- Finance then puts the account on the next available payment cycle, the Banking page says.
- With two withdrawals pending, the later one’s processing time of up to 14 business days starts only when the earlier one is paid.

Withdrawal limits Candyland keeps word for word
Requests stop at 1,500 credits (1,500 USD), so a larger balance waits in the account for a fresh request once the first is approved. Weekly withdrawals stop at 1,000 €/$/AUD (10,000 ZAR) for a verified account and 500 (5,000 ZAR) for one awaiting documents, and heavy withdrawal traffic can push every weekly limit down to 500 €/$/AUD for a while. Beyond 10,000 credits in a month, payment comes in instalments, a progressive jackpot excepted, and the top VIP tier may take up to 10,000 €/$/AUD (100,000 ZAR) per 14 days if management agrees.

Regulator record: Candyland among Michigan’s offshore orders
On 7 Apr 2026, Michigan’s Gaming Control Board said that over four months it had sent cease-and-desist orders to 45 offshore operators offering online casino games or sports betting to Michigan residents, with Candyland Casino on its list. The release names the brand, not a company behind it.

Asked in writing, Candyland caps deposits per day, week or month, grants a break of at most six weeks and closes an account on request. A break reaches any new account opened while it runs. Keep the reply, and put the same request to every other casino you use.
