Payout clauses side by side with Paradise 8’s
Twelve of the thirteen paragraphs under True Fortune’s withdrawal heading are Paradise 8’s, word for word; the odd one out is the approval clause, identical but for its number of days.
| Clause | True Fortune | Paradise 8 |
|---|---|---|
| Approval after authorisation | Up to 18 working days | Up to 12 working days |
| Per request and per month | 1,500 and 10,000 credits, the excess paid in instalments; a progressive jackpot is outside the monthly threshold | Identical wording |
| Smallest withdrawal | 50 | Identical wording |
| Transfer fee | 10–40 a payment, set by the processor | Identical wording |
| Missing documents | Not received 30 days after the request: withdrawal cancelled | Identical wording |
| Small deposits | 249 or less: payout capped at 10 times the deposit for that session | Identical wording |

Paradise 8’s prizes section has no True Fortune counterpart
Paradise 8’s terms follow the withdrawal heading with a prizes and winnings section of twelve numbered paragraphs, and True Fortune’s terms carry no such section and none of the payout rules below. In Paradise 8’s version:
- verified accounts are held to 1,000 €/$/AUD (10,000 ZAR) a week and unverified ones to 500 (5,000 ZAR), a weekly figure that can drop to 500 €/$/AUD when withdrawals pile up;
- its top VIP players may draw up to 10,000 €/$/AUD (100,000 ZAR) in any 14-day period, if management agrees;
- payouts aim for 1 to 12 business days, joining the queue the business day after documents are accepted;
- a second pending withdrawal waits for the first to be paid before its own clock starts;
- card depositors need a security form and may wait up to 7 days before processing;
- suspected fraud can hold winnings from card deposits for up to 12 months;
- a withdrawal more than 30 days old can be reversed while verification is incomplete.
Example
A verified dollar account withdrawing $3,000 at True Fortune sends two requests of $1,500, the second once the first is approved, and gives up $20 to $80 in transfer fees. Under Paradise 8’s weekly limit the same $3,000 leaves in at least three payments of $1,000, one a week, and gives up $30 to $120.

Approval and payment rest on different documents
True Fortune’s terms take a withdrawal as far as approval, which also requires authorisation from the fraud department, and set no payment timetable after it. Its Banking page covers the rest: documents go in once, and when finance has approved them the player is added to “the next available payment cycle”.
- Wanted before the first payout: an ID or passport and every deposit card, both sides, card numbers covered except the first and last four, plus a current utility bill and the signed card authorisation form.
- For Neteller and Skrill payers, an ID and a utility bill will do.
- Crypto payouts, its FAQ adds, may come sooner but have to follow a crypto deposit.

Complaint and closure clauses only True Fortune prints
A complaint has to reach True Fortune in writing inside five days of the event; anything sent after that the casino can leave unanswered, though it weighs extenuating circumstances case by case. Its terms also make every casino decision final. Paradise 8’s terms set no complaint deadline and name no complaints procedure or adjudicator.
When a True Fortune account closes, the money still in it can no longer be withdrawn, and that covers pending withdrawals too, a clause with no equivalent in Paradise 8’s terms. Before closing an account, wait for every pending withdrawal to be paid, and put any dispute in writing at once.

A shared programme list, not a shared company
TrueDynasty Affiliates’ brand list, read on 24 Sep 2026, links both True Fortune and Paradise 8, and neither casino’s current terms name a company. In Jan 2022 True Fortune’s homepage footer said HD Trading of Nicosia managed its operations, while Paradise 8’s terms page of May 2022 closed with a copyright line for Click Devs LTD.

Regulator record: Michigan’s order and its public list
Yogonet reported on 30 Sep 2025 that Michigan’s Gaming Control Board had ordered six unlicensed online casinos, True Fortune Casino among them, to stop offering gambling to Michigan residents. Its own list of operators served with cease-and-desist letters names True Fortune Casino and Paradise 8 alike, according to its 17 Jul 2026 archive copy.

On a written request, True Fortune’s support sets deposit caps per day, week or month, puts an account on a break of up to six weeks or closes it, and a pause also covers new accounts the player tries to open. Under its self-exclusion programme, a request leads to the account being blocked within a short time. If you play at other casinos too, ask each of them in writing for the same limit.

Questions on True Fortune’s terms and payouts
Can a True Fortune withdrawal be cancelled after the request?
Its terms let the player call off a request at any point until it has been completed, and the FAQ lets a withdrawal that has not been processed go back into the balance through the cashier.
Does True Fortune itself charge for a withdrawal?
Its FAQ says withdrawals are generally free of casino fees, though a payment provider may charge one, so the transfer-fee clause in the terms is the one to plan around.
What happens to a balance that sits untouched?
Both casinos’ terms let the casino claim the balance of an account left unused for 120 days, counting either no login or no bet, though later requests are reviewed case by case.
