NewVegas runs Candyland’s version of the rulebook
A count of 24 Sep 2026 found every Candyland terms paragraph, 157 in all, in NewVegas’s. Against Paradise 8’s text, that leaves 155 of 157 paragraphs shared and two rewritten, the approval clause and a processing goal of 1 to 14 business days, where Paradise 8 aims for 1 to 12. The Candyland page sets the changed lines side by side.

Steps between a NewVegas request and a payment
Before asking
One full play-through of every deposit comes before any withdrawal request.
Documents
The Banking page asks, once only, for ID, a current utility bill, both faces of each card used to deposit and a signed form authorising card use, sent to the support address, and a request whose documents are not in within 30 days is cancelled.
Approval
Authorisation includes a fraud-department check, and the approval period is counted from the day it finishes.
Payment
Once its documents pass, the withdrawal is queued from the next working day and waits for the next available payment cycle.
A second request
Processing time for any later pending withdrawal begins only when the first one has been paid out.

Pages NewVegas carries over from Paradise 8 unchanged
Its Banking page of 5 Oct 2026 and its About and Support pages of 4 Oct 2026 read as Paradise 8’s do, paragraph for paragraph, apart from the brand name. Candyland’s Banking page, by contrast, gives addresses on its own .casino domain.

An affiliate list places NewVegas beside Paradise 8
TrueDynasty Affiliates’ homepage, read on 24 Sep 2026, lists New Vegas with a link to newvegas.com in the same brand list as Paradise 8. A programme listing and a borrowed rulebook say nothing about who owns NewVegas.

Regulator record: Michigan’s order naming NewVegas
On 30 Jul 2025, Michigan’s Gaming Control Board wrote to six unlicensed online gambling platforms, NewVegas among them, with cease-and-desist letters ordering each to halt operations involving Michigan users. The release warned that failing to comply within 14 days could bring further legal action. A year on, NewVegas was still listed by the board in the copy of its cease-and-desist page archived on 17 Jul 2026. Neither names a company behind it.

On written request NewVegas limits deposits, and its support team arranges a break that lasts six weeks at most, or closes the account outright. New accounts opened during a break are blocked as well. Write the request, keep the reply, and repeat it at each other casino you play with.
Free support outside the casino: GamCare’s National Gambling Helpline is open day and night at no cost on 0808 8020 133 for England and Scotland, and the NHS Wales gambling helpline is on 0808 2819 265.

What if the deposit card is in another name?
