What Paradise 8 Sister Sites records about readers
Reading these pages asks nothing of you. There is no account, newsletter, comment box or contact form, so no name, email address or payment detail ever reaches this site. Only the web server’s request log notes a visit, and each day’s file is wiped once it is 14 days old.

Cookies, analytics and fonts
The pages set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking code. The typeface is served from this site’s own server rather than a font service, and no image, script or style is loaded from anyone else, so opening a page does not tell a third party that you visited. The casino logos and the homepage pictures of Paradise 8 and seven other programme casinos are no exception: they are stored copies on this server, so loading them contacts no casino.
The server’s request log
Like any web server, the machine that delivers these pages writes a standard access log. Each entry records the visitor’s IP address, when the request arrived, the request line (method, requested path and protocol), the response status, the bytes sent, the page that referred the visitor and the browser’s description of itself (user agent). The log exists to keep the server working and to spot abuse, which under the UK GDPR is a legitimate interest. The entries are never sold or handed to anyone else.
Links to other sites
No casino page is linked from here: a casino document appears as a name and an address only. Register, archive and helpline sources open in a new tab without sending a referrer, and from then on the other site’s own privacy rules apply. Casino sites in particular may record a visit, so type an address in only if you need to read the document yourself.
Questions about your data
The server’s request log records your IP address, so it counts as personal data. A request to see the entries for your visit, to have them amended or removed, or to stop them being held can be sent to info@paradise8sites.co.uk; include the approximate time, since the log identifies addresses, not people. If the response falls short, a complaint can be lodged with the Information Commissioner’s Office via ico.org.uk.
