Each payout clause repeats Paradise 8’s, word for word
Read side by side, the terms, Banking, FAQ, Support and About pages of This is Vegas match Paradise 8’s line for line, and the only words that change are the brand name and its email addresses. The family comparison of 24 Sep 2026 had found all 157 paragraphs of its terms in Paradise 8’s.
| Clause | What the terms set |
|---|---|
| Per request | 1,500 credits (1,500 USD) |
| Per week | 1,000 €/$/AUD (10,000 ZAR) once verified, 500 (5,000 ZAR) before documents |
| Busy periods | The weekly limit may be cut to 500 €/$/AUD for a time |
| Per month | 10,000 credits, with larger sums paid in instalments; a progressive jackpot is outside that threshold |
| Top VIP players | Up to 10,000 €/$/AUD (100,000 ZAR) per 14 days, at management’s discretion |
| Card depositors | A security form, then a wait of up to 7 days before processing |
| Documents | Not sent within 30 days of the request: the withdrawal is cancelled |

From request to approval: documents, fraud check, clock
The approval clock starts only on the day authorisation is completed, and three things come first.
A wagered deposit
Each deposit must be wagered once before a withdrawal can be requested, and a request can be cancelled at any time while it is still in progress.
Documents
Front and back copies of a passport or ID card and of every card used (all but its first four and last four digits covered), a recent utility bill and a signed card authorisation form. Neteller or Skrill users send only the ID and the bill, and the Banking page says the set is needed only once.
The fraud department
A pending withdrawal also needs its authorisation. Under a fraud suspicion, winnings from card deposits may stay frozen as long as 12 months.

Approval is not payment: the queue after sign-off
Accepted documents put the withdrawal in the queue on the next business day, and the terms set a processing goal of 1 to 12 business days that can vary with the payment processor. A second pending withdrawal does not start that count until the first has been paid, so the payments arrive one after another.
The FAQ gives up to 12 business days for a wire or Bitcoin payout and says a crypto withdrawal must follow a crypto deposit. Bitcoin goes only to the wallet entered with the request, and a payment to a wrong address is not re-issued.

Instalments, and how long a large balance takes
Anything above the per-request cap stays in the account, and a new request becomes possible once the first withdrawal is approved.
Example
A verified dollar account taking out $5,000 needs at least five payments of $1,000, no more than one a week. With $10–$40 off each, $4,800 to $4,950 arrives. A cut to $500 a week doubles the count to ten payments.

Clauses that cut or cancel a withdrawal
- Withdrawals from a play session funded by a deposit of at most 249 are capped at 10x that deposit, and the excess is cleared from the balance.
- Bonus money is deducted at payout, and a bonus of 200% or more caps the cashout at ten times the deposit it came with.
- Free-bonus winnings stop at 50 (500 ZAR) and can be withdrawn once in a player’s lifetime unless the casino manager approves more.
- A card or e-wallet in another person’s name cancels the withdrawal and closes the account, the About page says.
- The casino may reverse a withdrawal over 30 days old while documents are missing.
- Winnings are void after a chargeback on the account or on an account linked to it.

This is Vegas sets deposit limits on a written request to support and offers breaks of up to six weeks or full closure, and its policy applies a break to any new account you attempt to open as well. The policy names no other casino, so ask each casino you use, in writing, to apply the same break.

Remaining questions about This is Vegas payouts
Can the same person also hold a Paradise 8 account?
Its terms list more than one account on “an affiliated sister casino under the same management” as a breach that can cost winnings, without naming the casinos meant.
Where does a complaint about a This is Vegas withdrawal go?
Its terms set out no complaints procedure and name no adjudicator. Write to its finance address with the request’s date, amount and method, and keep every reply.
Why does this site call This is Vegas a former sister of Paradise 8?
Their own archived pages named the same companies in every line-up up to 2020, while neither names a company today, so the tie is in the past, not a present one.
