Approval and payment at DaVinci’s Gold under today’s terms
Read on 5 Oct 2026, its terms, Banking, FAQ, Support, About and Responsible Gaming pages repeat Paradise 8’s paragraph for paragraph, with only the casino’s name and mail addresses swapped. A count of 24 Sep 2026 also found each of its 157 terms paragraphs in Paradise 8’s.
A pending withdrawal needs the fraud department’s authorisation too. After the documents are accepted, the withdrawal joins the queue the following business day, and processing is meant to take 1 to 12 business days, depending on the processor. A second pending withdrawal’s count waits until the first is paid.
Requests top out at 1,500 credits (1,500 USD) apiece and withdrawals at 10,000 credits a month, the excess paid in instalments and a progressive jackpot outside that threshold; a verified account may take 1,000 €/$/AUD (10,000 ZAR) a week, 500 (5,000 ZAR) before verification.

Separate approval and sending periods in its older terms
| Clause | DaVinci’s Gold | Paradise 8 |
|---|---|---|
| Approval | 5–7 business days | About 1–3 business days for most withdrawals |
| After approval | 7–10 business days to send the money | A 48-hour goal for paying |
| Monthly ceiling | 2,000 of winnings | 2,000, at no more than 500 a week |
| Smallest withdrawal | 50 | 50 |
The two casinos’ copies archived in Feb 2015 show the same split at DaVinci’s Gold, against Paradise 8’s single approval period and a 24-hour payment goal.
Under the Mar 2016 wording, a payout passed two stages: approval, which could take 5 to 7 business days, then sending, which could take 7 to 10 business days once approved, and payment times could vary with processor availability.
By Dec 2020 its terms carried Paradise 8’s Nov 2019 payout paragraph word for word, with 500 a day, 1,000 per seven days and a payment goal of 1 to 7 business days, and the separate sending period no longer appears.

The line-up missing from DaVinci’s Gold’s terms
Nineteen archived copies of its terms, from Jan 2012 to Jun 2014, name no company at all, while Paradise 8’s terms of Sep 2012 and Apr 2014 named Nazca Technologies Ltd as owner and Sea Peak Holdings NV as licence holder. That stretch is the line-up DaVinci’s Gold does not share, and silence in its terms proves neither a change of owner nor a continuity.

Regulator record: DaVinci’s Gold on Michigan’s lists
On 2 Jul 2025 Michigan’s Gaming Control Board told Davinci’s Gold, so spelled, to stop operating in the state, in a release covering 19 online operations given cease-and-desist letters. On a written request, DaVinci’s Gold caps deposits by the day, the week or the month, and its support team can impose a break lasting no more than six weeks, or shut the account. A pause also stops new accounts the same person tries to open. Make the same request at every other casino you use, and keep each reply.
