Where Paradise 8’s wording matched, and the one exception
Paradise 8’s terms of Jul 2006 set the same cap of 2,000 per 24 hours. Its copies of Mar 2016 and Dec 2017 share Cocoa Casino’s approval period and its weekly and monthly caps, but aim to pay an approved withdrawal within 48 hours, not 24. Paradise 8’s terms archived the same month as Cocoa Casino’s 2019 copy repeat its limits and payment goal line for line.
Read on 5 Oct 2026, Cocoa Casino’s terms, Banking and About pages follow Paradise 8’s line for line, apart from the casino’s name and email addresses, and a count of 24 Sep 2026 matched every one of its 157 terms paragraphs to Paradise 8’s.

Documents Cocoa Casino asks for before approving a payout
Its Banking page lists an ID card or passport copied front and back, a recent utility bill matching the account’s name and address, front-and-back copies of every deposit card with each digit masked except the opening four and closing four, and a card authorisation form bearing the player’s signature. A Neteller or Skrill depositor sends only the ID and the bill. The page describes the set as a one-time request, and play is suspended until the documents arrive and are approved.
Under the terms, a withdrawal request is cancelled if its documents have not arrived within 30 days, so the documents are worth sending before the first request.

Approval first, then a place in the payment queue
- Before it is processed, a pending withdrawal must also be authorised by the fraud department.
- Once the documents are accepted, the request is queued from the next business day.
- The Banking page says the finance department then adds the player to the next available payment cycle.
- With two withdrawals pending, the second one’s processing count waits for the first payment to go out.
- Any amount over 1,500 credits is left in the balance for a later request, allowed once the first is approved.
- In busy periods the casino may cut every weekly limit to 500 €/$/AUD for a time.
- Anyone who deposited by card fills in a security form, and processing may then wait as long as 7 days.

Regulator record: Cocoa Casino in Michigan’s halt order
On 2 Jul 2025, Cocoa Casino was one of 19 online operations that Michigan’s Gaming Control Board sent cease-and-desist letters and told to stop operating there. Paradise8 and Davinci’s Gold, spelled that way, appear in the same release. The board’s cease-and-desist page, in its 17 Jul 2026 archive copy, still lists Cocoa Casino. Neither document puts a company name to Cocoa Casino.
